Position Overview : The Production Supervisor is responsible for meeting production goals, ensuring quality standards are met and fostering a safe and positive working environment.
They will oversee the day-to-day production of finished goods, sub-assemblies and components
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective production strategies to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Supervise production team activities to ensure production and quality standards are met.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to improve production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures in the production area.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and sub-assemblies.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with production staff.
- Provide coaching and training to production staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on production performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Working hours from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations role.
- Experience with manufacturing, finished Goods, and sub-assemblies.
- Thorough understanding of safety management processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
